All the practitioners at Eaton Gate have particular ways of working, a broad range of skills and specialised interests including, but not limited to, Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis, CBT, EMDR, RTT, Hypnotherapy, Executive/life coaching, Schema therapy and Mindfulness. Each practitioner works independently and is accredited with the professional bodies related to their field of expertise. Most of the practitioners are generalists, working with a range of issues, personal, family and work related.

Research clearly demonstrates that the effectiveness of therapy is determined by the relationship you have with your therapist or counsellor. It is therefore important that you find someone who you feel comfortable with and with whom you can build a trusting relationship. For further information on the different therapies available please review the therapist profiles and make direct contact to arrange an initial chat and/or consultation.

All the therapists and counsellors have undergone a careful selection process, including proof of credible references and professional documentation and insurance. All are registered with, or members of, one of the following professional associations: BACP, UKCP, HCPC, BPC, BABCP, and COSRT.

We aim to provide treatment and support with a wide range of emotional, mental, wellbeing and  health challenges, and – if we can’t help – we will try to direct you to a professional who can. Please be aware that Eaton Gate is not a crisis service. If you do need immediate support, please contact the Samaritans who offer a 24 hour support line.  You can call them for free on 116 123 or email [email protected].

Disclaimer: Eaton Gate Practice and Rooms provides a space for clinicians and is not responsible for the clinical work they provide. The therapeutic relationship is between the client and the practitioner. All therapeutic correspondence should be directed to the practitioner and not to the practice.
