Profile

I am a Humanistic Psychotherapist offering in-person sessions on Wednesday evenings and online appointments on other days. My therapeutic approach is informed by Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt, allowing flexibility to meet your individual needs. I have experience working with relational concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, difficulties with emotional regulation, as well as rumination and repetitive behaviours.

My practice is guided by current research and ethical standards, with the use of clinical outcome measures to support safe practice, monitor progress, and inform clinical outcome reporting. I currently accept private clients and those covered by Aviva or AXA.
