Introduction

You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy. You may not have the right words
or a clear label for what you’re feeling, and that’s okay. Sometimes there is simply a
sense that something isn’t working anymore, even when, from the outside, life
seems to be going well. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out or
stuck. You may be struggling with relationships, navigating a period of change, or
questioning what you want from life.

Therapy gives you the opportunity to explore and make sense of your experiences,
both past and present. As you come to understand yourself more deeply, you may
begin to see things differently, feel more confident in your choices and find new ways
of relating to yourself and others, opening the possibility of a life that feels more
fulfilling and more your own.

How I Work

My approach is integrative, relational and holistic. This means I work with different
therapeutic models depending on your individual needs, rather than following a
single way of working. My practice is informed by humanistic, psychodynamic,
existential and attachment thinking, alongside an understanding of neuroscience and
the connection between mind and body.

I am also a certified yoga teacher and health coach. These areas of training have
deepened my understanding of the relationship between emotional and physical
wellbeing and contribute to the holistic perspective I bring to my psychotherapy
practice.

Alongside my psychotherapy training, I have a background in engineering and over
25 years of experience working in international finance and corporate environments,
including in senior leadership roles. This has given me insight into the pressures that
can accompany demanding careers, responsibility and high expectations, as well as
the complexities of balancing professional and personal life.
Having lived and worked across different countries and cultures, I understand some
of the challenges that can come with questions of identity, belonging and adapting to
life in a different culture.

I aim to bring warmth, curiosity and a grounded, calm presence to our sessions. I
see therapy as a collaborative process, where we can explore your experiences
openly and at a pace that feels right for you. I will support you, but also gently
challenge you when I feel this may help deepen your understanding or open up new
possibilities.
