About Me

I’m a qualified integrative psychotherapist working with individual adults aged 18+.

I am LGBTQIA+ friendly, kink-aware, neurodivergent-aware and I welcome clients from all communities.

I am American by birth and a Londoner for more than two decades, and value an open, direct approach underpinned by genuine warmth and care. I have lived in several countries and recognise the challenges associated with integrating into new spaces and places.

Before training as a therapist, I worked in media, events, and entrepreneurship, so I understand the challenges inherent in working in fast-paced and stressful environments.

My post-graduate training and academic degrees are in counselling and psychotherapy and my approach draws primarily on psychodynamic, humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, and transpersonal approaches.

I Can Help With

Our sessions are a non-judgemental place for you to bring all aspects of yourself – even those you may have previously kept hidden, whether consciously or unconsciously.

Some of my client’s concerns include anxiety and depression, stress and burnout, grief and bereavement, relationship issues, and low self-worth and self-confidence. I also work with trauma and suicidal ideation.

I am particularly interested in life stages and transitions, such as career change, divorce and relationship endings, midlife, retirement, and the search for purpose and meaning.

How I Work

I work creatively and collaboratively. You are the expert of your own life, and as your therapist, I travel alongside you for a period, helping you untangle and make sense of your inner world so you can live in a more resilient, empowered, and fulfilling way.

Alongside our talking therapy, and depending upon your unique situation, we may utilise creative modalities, including mindfulness, breathwork, visualisation, imagery, archetypes, dream exploration, journaling, and art materials.

By bypassing the ‘rational’ mind, these creative practices can often unlock and powerfully shift things in ways that talk therapy alone cannot.

Initial in-person assessment (50 minutes): £95
Ongoing weekly in-person sessions (50 minutes): £95

In-person sessions take place at Eaton Gate practice (Wednesdays 10 am to 5 pm) and London Bridge (Thursdays 10 am to 5 pm).

You can view my live availability by visiting my website where you can also book a complimentary 15-minute initial phone call. We’ll use this time to ‘meet’ and discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to gain from the work, and how you can move forward.
