About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist. I have practiced in Canada, France and the UK and have experience working in public hospitals and in the private sector. I provide psychotherapy in French or English and also speak some Arabic.
I am specialized in treating adults struggling with Borderline Personality Disorders, a range of anxiety and mood disorders, eating disorders and trauma. I work with a wide range of emotional and interpersonal difficulties and also have experience treating psychological difficulties following Traumatic Brain Injuries.
I completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology in Montreal (Canada) and also obtained a MSc in Psychiatry. I have conducted extensive research in the area of addiction, social anxiety, epidemiology, epigenetics, diabetes, mood disorders and eating disorders.
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative drawing on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I aim to work collaboratively with each individual and tailor psychotherapy to their needs in order to help them reach their goals.
