Coral Garlick

About Me

I offer bespoke mental health support for teens, young adults and their families.  I am passionate about unlocking the unique potential within every young person, empowering them to thrive.

My unique method integrates cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology and coaching to foster confidence, resilience and a strong sense of purpose in my clients.  Every programme I design is bespoke and crafted to meet the needs of each individual to create meaningful and lasting growth.

I began my mental health career, training and working within the NHS, studying at Sussex University. Through my NHS work I developed a robust foundation in CBT. I later expanded my expertise with training in positive psychology and adolescent coaching.  My 20 years of experience in business and mentoring enriches my practise, allowing me to offer a dynamic, holistic approach to empowering young people and families.

As a Mother of four, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that come with raising a family.  My approach is empathetic, compassionate and carefully tailored to meet the needs of each client I work with.

I offer a free 20 minute, discovery call to see if my method if right for your family. I look forward to hearing from you coralgarlick.co.uk.
